At HNTIC, we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it under the GDPR.

Sharing your data
We may share your data with the service providers that run our hosting, email and analytics, and only as far as the service requires.
We never sell your personal data.
SalesWatch mobile app
The SalesWatch iOS app is available only to people whose organization is an HNTIC customer. You cannot create an account in the app: HNTIC sets up access for each customer.
What we process. Your name, your work email address and your sign-in identity (authentication is handled by Clerk, through a one-time code sent by email or a Google Workspace or Microsoft account), plus the contents of your SalesWatch workspace: conversations with prospects, drafts and approvals. This data is hosted by Convex.
Notifications. If you turn them on, we keep a device token so we can deliver them. Delivery goes through our processor Expo and then Apple's push notification service. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your device settings, and the app works without them.
Writing assistance. When you ask the app for a draft reply to a prospect, the content of that conversation, your messages and your correspondent's, is sent to our processor Anthropic (Claude models). Anthropic processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. It is the only artificial intelligence service the app calls on.
Crash reports. They go to Sentry, hosted in the European Union, and contain no personal data.
No ads, no tracking. We never use your data for advertising or share it for tracking purposes.
Retention and deletion. Your workspace data is kept for the length of your organization's contract, then deleted from our active systems. Some data may remain for a while in our technical backups, until they rotate, and in the records the law requires us to keep, invoicing in particular. You can ask us to close your account and erase the data concerning you at any time by emailing rgpd@hntic.fr.
Transfers outside the EU
Some data may be transferred to the United States (Vercel hosting, Google analytics). These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
